Average… lacks facilities expected in a 4 star hotel.
Location next to light rail and food court was great.
No restaurant or bar operating so facilities were not as advertised at the time of booking.

What was the highlight of 30 Bencoolen
Excellent hotel, well located for restaurants and shopping. Lovely rooftop pool, friendly staff.
30 Bencoolen is a lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable and excellent rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and complimentary toiletries provided. There was no on-site restaurant during our visit and the bar closed at 2.30 pm daily which was a little odd. Plenty of places to eat and drink close to the hotel. MRT stations very close and also big shopping centre 8 min walk away at Bugis.
At times there was a bit of noise from the upstairs floors, but it was also around New Years so the hotel was busy with families and groups. An ice bucket for the room would be an excellent addition and perhaps a self-service ice machine. A few paintings for the walls to brighten up the room as it was very plain. Also some more hangers and shelves for storage would have been great.

This hotel near MRT, food center so very convenient for travel everywhere and go to airport and go to eat outside.
no have breakfast at Hotel, in the last day i stay, it were rain a lot So i stay in Hotel all the morning, but no master. Many food shop next building

Comfortable and central hotel with lovely staff.
Lovely and helpful staff. Central location close to MRTs. Comfortable beds. Cold but nice pool.
It would have been nice for a better breakfast option to be available.
